The enchantment of the Siena area awaits you at the welcoming Sovicille Villa. In a picture-perfect location surrounded by vineyards, the convenient location is just outside Siena. The area abounds with history, culture and of course, fabulous food and wine! The villa is located in a gorgeous area surrounded by vineyards and other beautiful estates. There are many trails outside the villa to enjoy walks and one can also indulge in walking through the vineyards.

Enjoy days exploring the wine country, visiting ancient towns and villages or relaxing poolside. Throughout this region the views are breathtaking. Very convenient is the short drive to the picturesque, hilltop town of Sovicille where you will find restaurants, groceries and a few shops.

The villa is tastefully furnished in a traditional Tuscan style. Handsome beamed ceilings, stone walls, tile floors provide Italian character and warmth. There is plenty of outdoor space for relaxing whether it is dining under the covered pergola and or lounging poolside.

There is the main house with 3 bedrooms plus an independent wing with 2 bedrooms. The wing can be reached through the main house or through a separate entrance. Ideal for larger groups that want some privacy, such as two families, teenagers or grandparents. Of note, is the ample space for friends and family to congregate both inside and outside the villa. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms, living areas and dining room. The large kitchen is a cook's delight, fully fitted with all the modern conveniences. A memorable treat are the optional chef services that can be provided with advance arrangement. Picture yourself with family or friends dining on delicious Tuscan fare ‘at home’ in Villa Sovicille.

Baseline utilities for heating and A/C included up to 250 KWH. Over this amount guest will be charged according to usage, paid locally.

Services & Extras: Pre-stocked fridge, chef/cook, linen change, extra linens, personal laundry/ironing service, maid service, babysitting. Please request 4 wks in advance, addtional charges apply.

Check In/Out: Check in 4:00pm-6:00pm, by appointment Check out 10:00am.

Other: Owners may be in residence in a separate quarter on the estate with an independent entrance. Guests privacy is always guaranteed.
